What the course covers

3 hours of practical training content

  • Functional whole body and injury prevention movement preparation
  • Individualised Strength Movements Screening
  • Core strength screening circuit
  • Body weight push pull analysis

Session 1

  • Learn how to improve your physical literacy and strength training competency
  • Enhance your injury prevention and preparation for exercise process
  • Become part of a like-minded training group

Session 2

  • Warm up movement preparation 2
  • Loaded Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Brace progressions
  • Multi-Movement Dumbbell and Kettle Bell Strength circuit
  • Stretching guidance

Session 3

  • Barbell warm up and movement preparation 3
  • Multi- Joint Lifting skills
  • Barbell Squat and Deadlift variations
  • Building your programme theoretical applications
